With the cryo-treatment of wind instruments, no negative external change is to be expected on undamaged instruments. Under certain circumstances, however, existing damage to the surface (damaged or loosened varnish spots, etc.) and poor or already defective soldered connections may lead to deterioration or detachment. In rare cases, it has been observed that mother-of-pearl overlays or cork from keys/valves or plastic thumb rests (e.g. on saxophones) have come loose during treatment. It goes without saying that the instruments are handled with the highest care and in the most appropriate manner, both before and after treatment. Each instrument is checked for recognisable risks before treatment so that consultation can take place if necessary. I hereby affirm that I have been made aware of the above-mentioned circumstances, that I have been adequately informed about possible risks and that any questions I may have had in this regard have been answered.

I hereby order the cryo-treatment of the above-mentioned instrument and confirm that this is carried out under any exclusion of liability for the company Georg Selders CryoService.
